We have been locked out in canada as well even though willow states that they cover canada, usa and mexico when you sign up. Also have no response to emails from their rotten support address.

Might be that my account is somehow different than yours, since I registered at the time when they offered there services to more countries than just those three they mention now in their terms and conditions.

Somehow that doesn’t make sense though, so I would just try it again today. Good chance it just works for you as well this morning.

Would love to hear the outcome though, so please let me know what is and what isn’t working for you.

The answer you received from them could have some nasty implications for me too.

I also just read a email Willow TV sent about an DOS-attack on their website: “As our engineers worked to contain the situation, we made a decision to limit a few auxiliary services so as to be able to restore stability at the earliest. Services impacted included access to streams for Roku and mobile users. We are in the process of restoring these services over the next 24 hours.”

This could also explain why it isn’t working on mobile devices at the moment.

Here’s hoping they haven’t really shut down their mobile access for users from the Netherlands

Hey, that’s odd. I watched a game on my iPhone yesterday afternoon, but I’m getting no stream now.

Looks like they might have changed their terms and conditions also, because they now say: “You represent that you are a resident of the United States, Canada, or Mexico. At the present time, residents of other countries are not eligible to register for CRICKETTICKET”.

I’m pretty sure this wasn’t always the case, but good chance it has something to do with the World Cup going on right now.

The site is still working perfectly (for me at last) though, so that’s a relief ..
